African Daisy
Mixed Colors 300MG
Annual. Colorful blooms of orange, yellow and apricot-toned "daisies" contrasting with dark centers make these flowers a bright feature for sunny beds. Low, spreading plants bloom profusely over long season. Drought resistant. In Arizona and California plant in late summer for winter bloom. Excellent for borders and rock gardens as well as beds. 50 - 60 days to bloom. Grows best in full sun to a height of 12 inches.

Alternanthera
Purple Knight 50MG
The striking, dark purple-leafed accent plant is a beautiful addition to any flowerbed or container garden. The charming foliage has an upright and spreading habit that arches over edges of containers. Purple Knight has exceptional heat tolerance. The foliage is darkest when grown in full sun. Excellent in mixed containers or as a back drop in beds and borders. Combines well with Petunias. For earlier use, start indoors. Or, after danger of frost, sow outdoors, covering with 1/8 inch of soil. Grown for foliage. Grows best in full sun to a height of 16 - 20 inches.

Alyssum
Carpet Of Snow 450MG
Hardy Annual. Masses of tiny white blossoms, with their honey-like fragrance, quickly shape themselves into low, lacy mounds of flowers and foliage, with clumps measuring about 8 inches wide. Easy to grow. Ideal for edging and good in rock gardens, on sunny banks and wall crevices. Excellent for window boxes and hanging baskets. 49 - 84 days to bloom. Grows best in sun or partial shade to a height of 4 - 6 inches.

Alyssum
Royal Carpet 450MG
Hardy Annual. An All-America Selection because of its low height and spreading growth. Delightfully fragrant flowers bloom all summer long. Their deep purple color contrasts pleasingly with Alyssum, Carpet Of Snow. Easy to grow. Ideal for edging flower beds, for shrub borders and filling in rock gardens. Also good ground cover. 49 - 84 days to bloom. Grows best in partial shade to a height of 4 inches.

Bachelor Button

Hardy Annual. Wonderful blend of attractive shades of blue, pink, ruby red and white. Bright blossoms, larger than common Bachelor Buttons (or cornflowers) have long stems and bloom prolifically with very little care. Ideal cut flowers for bouquets. Colorful grouped in borders or massed in beds. For softer border, edge with Ageratum or Alyssum. 42 - 49 days to bloom. Grows best in sun or partial shade to a height of 24 inches.

Black-Eyed Susan Vine
(Thunbergia) 870MG
A very neatly fashioned flower that resembles a daisy. Since it only grows to about 6 feet in length, it can also be grown in containers or window boxes. The orange-yellow flowers with a dark center adds a colorful flavor to your flower garden. Blooms from early summer to early fall. If grown in a container, can be moved inside before the first frost. Excellent for temporary screens, hedges and ground covers. Support by a trellis,

strings or wire or allow to cover unsightly tree stumps or rocks. Keep soil moist. 84 days to bloom. Grows best in full sun or partial shade to a height of 6 feet.

Cardinal Climber Vine 700MG
Annual. Bears loads of gorgeous, small but brilliant deep scarlet trumpets starting in mid-summer. Blooms until fall. Deep green, finely-cut feathery foliage and dark stems add to its attractive effect. Excellent for growing on trellis, post, wall; makes a lush, attractive temporary screen. Provide support for climbing vines. 50 days to bloom. Grows best in full sun to a height of 10 - 15 feet.

Coleus

Annual. A favorite for its large velvety leaves in many rich colors and combinations with red, green and yellow predominating, make this a superb ornamental plant. Coleus develops rich colors if shaded from afternoon sun. Very attractive massed, planted in borders, or as an edging. Leaves may be rooted and potted for winter color as indoor houseplant. Pinch tops to encourage branching. Grows best in partial and full shade to a height of 12 inches.

Cypress Vine,
Mixed Colors 750MG
An abundance of bright, star-shaped red, rose, and white flowers make this one of the loveliest climbers available. With delicate, contrasting foliage, this vine is perfect for a porch, fence, arbor, trellis, or any area where a vine may climb.

Makes an attractive screen. Use stout cord on which vines may climb. If lush growth and no flowers, stop watering. 50 days to bloom. Grows best in full sun to a height of 10 to 15 feet.
